Why they chose this property

I chose this location for its convenience to so much of the Tampa Bay area. Midtown Tampa, downtown, the airport, dining, shopping, and major highways are all close by, with easy access toward St. Petersburg and the beaches as well. At the same time, the home is in a residential neighborhood where guests can come back and relax after a busy day.

What makes this property unique

This is a comfortable 3-bedroom whole home that works especially well for families, relocations, work stays, and longer visits. Guests have a full kitchen, in-home laundry, a screened porch, fenced backyard, driveway parking, Roku TVs throughout, and a stocked coffee and tea bar. The layout gives everyone room to settle in while keeping the conveniences of a fully equipped home.
