What a house! Probably the nicest spot in treasure Island. Great company to deal with very attentive and made the trip smooth. House is def a luxury stay! Highly recommend when you’re spending that kind of money - well worth it.

Wonderful family vacation location

Came with our family and the location and accommodation was amazing. Between the pool area and being on the ocean was wonderful. The location was great. You could walk to many restaurants and stores. Loved this home and would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were great and easily available for prompt responses to any questions we had.

Family vacation

Our family of 9 had a wonderful week long stay at sunset beach. It was very clean and the 5 bedrooms suited our family perfectly. The sunsets were gorgeous! I would highly recommend the property

The House with Everything

This house has everything you possibly need and more. The views are amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and stored with any spices you may need for cooking. The access to the beach is amazing as well. The property manager Phillip was very welcoming and willing to help with anything that we needed. When we had lightning and internet issues due to a thunderstorm he was right there to help get everything fixed and make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything.

Beautiful, luxurious property on a perfect beachfront

One of the best beaches in the world is literally a few steps from the lanai. The house is jaw-droppingly gorgeous, spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious, and well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment, and the property manager was very responsive.

Three generations together

Great location and beach house

If you are traveling with a large group and want separate spaces but with large communal areas this is perfect. We could all come together easily but break away without hearing others. The outside area is perfect with a pool for the afternoon and easy beach access for the morning. It is private enough that you don't have lots of people on top of you but close walking distance to more lively areas when wanted.

Great Beach Stay

We love staying on Treasure Island with our young family of 4. The house is big enough for us to stay with our two children and have their grandparents stay over also. Lots of space! Great heated pool - if there were heating issues, Phillip was very responsive! Also a pool fence if you have little ones. Right on the beach, so beautiful views. We will stay again!

Fab Fam Beach Escape

Beautiful house which had great space to spread out and everything we needed for all ages 18-80. Pool area is awesome with hot tub and home is literally a handful of steps down to the beach! We opted for a recommended private chef to come cook for us our last evening vs eating out, which was perfect. We never left except for grocery… it was that relaxing. Pretty area with things to do and tiki bar walkable down the street/beach if desired. Will be back if we can !

Contemporary styling with technology to run everything. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of kitchen gadgets & appliances. There are plenty of towels & the high quality shampoo/conditioner/ body wash means you don’t have to pack your own. The beach & Gulf is only steps away an easy carry for the provided chairs, umbrellas or floaties. Also the salt water pool is a refreshing change.

Great location

The house was just steps from the beach and a quarter mile from Caddy's, so the location was perfect. The house had a lot of cool features including different mood lighting, a pool that cools (perfect in the summer heat), as well as an elevator for those who can't handle all the stairs. The only thing that I think needs some work is the downstairs air conditioner. It really struggled in the summer heat to cool past 75, and the downstairs bedroom was the most affected by that.

TRANQUILITY IN STYLE!

It was a most unique experience for me and family staying at Sunset Wave - with the most luxurious amenities inside and an inviting ocean view right outside - the amalgamation of these too was just too awesome to be described in words! The wall to wall glass step out doors blurred the lines between inside and outside and we enjoyed the vision of fury of a thundering ocean sitting in the luxurious lounge chairs in the comfort of our centrally air conditioned living room, what an experience! Relaxing in the Jacuzzi and swimming pool was a special experience as they seem to stretch right into the ocean.By far the most relaxing and amazing holiday stay ever and would love to go back with my family any time!

We had a wonderful Holiday at Sunset Wave. The house was presented just as the pictures on the website showed. It is very modern and a smart home as well which was a bit challenging at times but thank goodness for tech savvy kids. We most enjoyed the views from every aspect of the house. Especially loved the door walls fully opening to expose the interior rooms to the outdoors making the surf sound even more beautiful. We really appreciated the attention to details and the lovely welcoming gift of Veuve Clicquot and truffles was a special touch. I highly recommend the option to have a chef prepare your first nights meal. This was quite a treat and Sandra was a very gracious host. Hendrik and Sandra were available as needed and really made our first time experience with a vacation house rental quite memorable.

Stunning contemporary beachfront home!

Our family of 6 enjoyed this beautiful beachfront property on Treasure Island. The location is great, the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms and overall layout of the home were very nice! The views were wonderful from every room. Despite all the positives, there were negatives. We were disappointed that more than a few items were not in operating condition during our stay. Specifically, the pool and jacuzzi heater, the pool lights, the master bedroom chandelier, and light switches by the master bed were all inoperable. We were not provided garage door openers, so we had to exit the car to operate the garage doors. For the price point this house falls into, these items should all have been checked out and in operating condition prior to our arrival.
