This is a very clean and comfortable home that is on the first floor of a duplex. The host who lives next door was very helpful and made us feel comfortable even though the winter weather was as bad as was ever recorded in Nashville!

Roy and his group were wonderful guests, and we together experienced Nashville's worst frozen rainstorm in a long time. The house is not a duplex, but a single family house with an upstairs apartment that was not rented at the time, and has separate entry, bathroom, HVAC, balcony etc, just to clarify for future guests :-). Thanks much for the visit and safe travels!

The house was in a great location for us. Lots to do nearby, and Broadway street was a short uber ride away. The listing states there is a game room. I don't know how we could have missed that, but we didn't see it. I'm sure it was just an oversite, but the bunk bed didn't have any sheets on it. As mentioned in the listing, the driveway is VERY steep. Overall, we were very happy with it and would stay again.

Thank you Kim for a great review. To clarify we originally called the 3rd bedroom as a game room that had a screen for playing games and some kids games, but when we have more than 4 guests we ready the bunk beds for the extra people. Thanks much for the visit and a great review.
