Sunset Cottage
Simple summer cottage. This updated 1910 cottage will reminds you of endless summers at the beach. Located 100' from Long Island Sound with deeded access and 109' of frontage and private dock on shallow LI Sound inlet. This home has beautiful water and salt marsh views and a surprisingly private rear yard. An open front porch and a screened rear porch catch summer breezes and make them the place to be on long summer evenings. The open first floor has sliders overlooking the rear yard and inlet. On a shoreline peninsula that offers great roads for running, biking and walking with limited traffic and quiet streets. The house is a very simple, old fashioned summer cottage, with basic updates and lots of charm. It is a peaceful place from which to enjoy a beautiful neighborhood.
