Excellent property. Cozy, warm, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were amazing and communicated well. Highly recommend.
This location was relaxing, quiet neighborhood, and 20 minutes within drive to every place we went. Thank you Jacob and Nancy. They made are trip great.
Our stay in this house was truly amazing. The cleanliness was impeccable, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house itself was beautifully organized and free of clutter. The backyard was spacious, allowing us to enjoy playing games, and we also had the pleasure of warming ourselves by the fire pit.
My husband , my brother and sister-in-law, and myself came from Michigan for our niece's wedding and to be tourists. My other brother lives in LaMesa. The house was great, clean , spacious , all the amenities we needed. A homey place to return to after busy full days . We had family over for meals and fun in the backyard. We are already talking about a return visit and would definitely rent this home again
To start, location. My daughter is a student at SDSU, so this was close enough to be a 10 min drive, but removed from the college district. Nice neighborhood. The house itself was incredibly decorated, we all commented on how well it was it was decorated. Jacob was incredibly prepared and I appreciated the intro to property and area. The commutation I needed during my stay was very timely. I would recommend and would stay here myself again.
For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The AC kept the house cool during the hot week we were there. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The house overall was a little older than expected and the drains were a little slow. Worth noting the owner was quick to offer to send someone out to fix. Washer and dryer was outside of the home in a small shed.
House had what we needed but like any rental it has its quirks. I wish there had been more than one tv and the outdoor furniture took several cleanings. If you want to use the fire pit, you need to buy your pet wood. An investment in an electric fire pit would also keep away embers flying in the wind.
We were there for Family Weekend at SDSU. It was very hot for San Diego and being from Phoenix San Diego was hotter than Phoenix. We still enjoyed our stay. The house is very well stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely rent againSusan
