Costa mesa house

Beautiful property situated in costa mesa near to shops restaurants bars.Very clean on arrival plenty if space Our main concern was with outside space the back garden as stated on previous review was very untidy on arrival and was in need of a good tidy up the owner obviously knew this was the case as he mentioned it on our arrival but the gardeners did not come until 13 days after our arrival disappointed as this was one of the main reasons we chose this house as the pictures showed a lovely outside space . Once the gardeners had been it was much better but a little late .

the property is a bit misleading

We love the location. The host was very friendly. However we felt that the landscaping was in poor condition and misleading. It was not well kept, there were overgrown fullage in both front and back yard, we were hoping to spend time outdoors and the reason we chose this location was because the pictures offered a relaxing backyard. However that was not the case, the backyard was in such bad condition to the point that we did not even want to step foot outside. the interior lacked closet space and the bathroom had no hooks of any kind or towels or clothes. There were not enough towels offered, only bath towels were available. The matres in one of the bedroom was very uncomfortable and made noise every time we moved. The location of this property was very ideal, but we feel like this could be a great potential if it was better kept up.
