Fully furnished and ready for your stay, this North Shore beach home is ideal for those relocating, in between homes, or simply craving a cozy seasonal escape. Summer calendar now open!

Just a short stroll to the beach, this home features central air, two living spaces, and a bright open kitchen/dining/living area that leads to a wrap-around porch with stunning marsh and river views.

The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and a deep soaking tub. (Note: the living room fireplace is not operational.)

You’ll enjoy full privacy with exclusive access to the entire home. The bunk room includes 4 twin beds—top bunks best for kids 6+. Sleeps up to 10 adults and 2 children (12 guests total). All bedrooms include doors, storage, linens, cleaning supplies, and paper products.

Great family spot

Lovely location overlooking the river and a short walk to the beach.Great place for our Thanksgiving gathering. It has a well stocked kitchen. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable. Thanks

Great property, Great location

Worked great for sleeping six adults and six kids. The loft was a little tight but the kids didn't spend much time there. Hostess responded quickly after being notified of a problem with the grill (which we used all the time). We would stay again.

The place was clean and had a great location. My one complaint is that there are no shades, curtains, or window treatments to block the sun. So you are up at the crack of dawn. Also no screens on most of the windows so you couldn't enjoy the fresh air, had to run the AC most of the time. That's fixable though, owners should address that. It was the reason for only 3 stars.

Stay in plum island

We tried to contact the owner upon arrival bc we arrived about an hour early to check in. We never heard back. The TV didn’t really work very well - it would stall and not start again for a minute or two and there were no helpful directions in the house guide. We couldn’t get any channels The master bedroom had no shades or curtain at all. There is an opening in the main floor that leads to the basement. There is no guard around it and no handrail and no way block it off to insure no one accidentally falls in to it. There were many light switches that didn’t function and there was no hallway light in the upstairs hallway that lead to the bedrooms. The decks were much smaller than indicated and the furniture was in wobbly condition.
