Home is laid out with bedrooms on the first floor which makes it easy to put the kiddos down or have a quiet nap and living space on the second floor with loft bedroom on the 3rd (great views!) The large master offers a king with full walk in closet, master bath with custom shower and private deck with hammock and seating. The Loft bedroom is outfitted with a new Queen and day bed (Twin) with a sitting area on the opposite end. Ocean, marsh and reserve views add to this amazing space. The first floor has AC and 2nd/3rd floors have new stand up units that require no effort to maintain. All bedrooms + loft have black out shades and fans to keep the space comfortable! In the kitchen, you'll find stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops. The island has seating for 4 while the table can sit 6. The open floor concept provides peaceful ocean and marsh views from 3 sides of the home while also providing wide open space entertaining or just relaxing on the two oversized couches with power recliners.

BriVera was designed to capture the amazing natural light and sea breeze with high ceilings & large windows throughout while offering a special touch with a nod to the area with reclaimed wood from a local barn, used throughout for loft/2nd floor ceilings.

Parking for 3 large or 4 normal sized cars. Storage area underneath offers a wash down hose with hot water and is outfitted with chairs and misc beach gear! Weber grill outside for cooking!
