BeachWaves 365 is where lifelong memories are made! You’re surrounded by unobstructed expansive views of dunes, sand and sea! From the wrap around deck, you can watch the boats float, sunsets, sunrises, and birds soar! The sandy ocean beach is just a couple hundred steps from the house where there is a lifeguard in the summer. The house is nestled between 2 great seaside locations, the Merrimack River and the Atlantic Ocean where you can walk a few minutes to the bay side beach for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or fishing on the ocean side. Either direction – you’re sure to have amazing beach days!

BeachWaves 365 accommodations start with the amazing views. You enter the home from the enormous wrap around deck. You have two floors to enjoy with open concept living space, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor. In addition the property has 2 foot showers: one in the ground-level outdoor shower and one on the wrap-around deck – to easily clean off those sandy feet. What a great space to share an extended family vacation – there’s room for everyone: grandparents, siblings, cousins. The kids can be playing board games on the upper floor, while the parents play cards and sipping wine below.

Activities:
• Explore a Nature preserve: Parker River National Wildlife Refuge or Joppa Flats.
• Walking distance from the property you can board the Captains Lady fleet of boats and go boating, fishing or CRUISING.
• History buffs will delight in the living history museums nearby – check out how skiffs have been made since 1793 at Lowell’s Boat Building Museum, or venture off to Essex, heaven for antique lovers.
• Looking for kid-friendly fun – right across the street is a playground, or head over to Salisbury Beach for carousel rides and arcade games.
• The LIGHTHOUSE is right across from the property and you can tour and enjoy the view from the top.
• It is wonderful to rent kayaks from Plum Island Kayak and they come right to our neighborhood beach to begin many of the tours-- including full moon night paddles.
• You can body surf or watch the surfers in the big ocean waves on the beach at the south side of the jetty and watch the folks fishing on the jetty.
• You will enjoy fine dining such breakfast at Mad Marthas one mile away, lunch at Bob Lobster or Beach Comer and Dinner at Plum Island Grill all on the island.
• You can bike to the Parker River Wildlife Reserve on the other side of the island about 2 miles away. Folks come from all around to enjoy the natural beauty there, wildlife and hundreds of types of birds. Audubon Joppa Flats Center leads many bird tours there. You can also get a permit to pick plums or cranberries or fish or clam on the reserve.
• Newburyport town center is not too far away where you can go for shopping, eating at the many fine restaurants, bars with live music, ice cream or gelato, bakeries, theater, art galleries, art cinema and many many festivals including the bed race. Then home again to enjoy the stars from the deck and quiet beautiful firework displays from two towns away-twice a week...then off to dreamtime.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests will be fined and immediately evicted if there is any evidence of smoking found anywhere in this home.
• No pets allowed!
• Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. These are cause for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
• Please know the lower unit that has separate entry is occupied by owner occasionally. The outdoor spaces are separated for maximum privacy.
• Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate to the neighbors at all times!

You must also acknowledge:
• Must climb stairs - one flight to front door and one flight to top floor.
• Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you are responsible for the repair cost that will be deducted from the security deposit.
