It’s nestled in a nice neighborhood 9 miles north of downtown Colorado Spring, 5 minutes from the Air Force Academy, and 40 minutes away from the Denver Tech Center. I-25, Academy Blvd, and Woodmen Rd are all super close which makes for easy access and the ability to quickly get around the city. A plethora of shopping and dining are just a stones throw away. Parking is not an issue as there are plenty of parking and an 8ft high garage door which makes room for your pickup truck.
