Me and my boys basketball team really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well kept, rooms were spacious. There's was enough room for me and 6 players. The location was perfect and close to restraunts. Would highly recommend and look to stay again if we're in the area.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this beautiful home—ours was a couples getaway but I think it would be perfect for a family. The house was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The private heated pool overlooking the freshwater canal was our favorite part. We loved relaxing poolside, enjoying the peaceful setting, and watching the wildlife—it was incredibly entertaining! If you are into such things, the Cape Coral Burrowing Owl are in the neighborhood too.The location is ideal. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and nightlife options when you want to go out, but if you want to stay in and cook there's a kitchen with all the basics you'd need. And a grill available too. There is Publix, Aldi, Walmart and farmer markets close by. It’s also perfectly situated for day trips—Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Naples, and Sarasota are all within easy driving distance.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-appointed getaway.

Beautiful property

We loved staying here, it was located as a good central point to many must-see beaches/towns. Having a heated pool in the backyard was great for the rainy days or just the down time between beaches. Only downside was the house had a very strong sour smell from check in to check out that never went away, we were able to get used to it a little bit. Overall. great stay with great amenities! Owner was very kind and great with communication!

Great Place

The place was great and accommodated the separate families nicely. Very nice house with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place if you want to stay in the area. We went to Ft. Myers beach for a wedding ceremony and the drive there is not to far. Traffic was heavy due to spring break and St. Patrick’s day but still not a bad drive.

Great stay

Review for Cape Coral home Home was exactly as advertised. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owners were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with and did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. The pool was warm and I loved the waterfall. I was able to bring my own kayak and kayak in the canal. The area is very quiet and you can walk right down the street and check out the burrowing owls. Just don’t get too close. House had everything I needed. Thoroughly enjoyed my three weeks stay.

Exceeded Expectations

I rented this VRBO for my extended family to stay in over Christmas this year. The Owners were very communicative and attentive. My family could not have had better things to say about the home. The Owners even had fishing poles so the kids could drop a line into the water. The only thing missing was a pool heater so the kids could swim, the Owners advised the pool heater would be installed in Jan/Feb so they are on it. Would absolutely rent here again.
