We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments located. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach the various structures for any emergencies usually in about an hour.
We are always available for communications via wahtsup, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through whatsup which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs.

It is located in Castello, a nice, safe and vibrant sestiere of Venice where you can find everything you need. Supermarkets are very close to the apartment so you can get very easily all the essentials at your convenience. Grocers, wine sellers, restaurants, osterie, shopping area and a little playpark for kids are very close to the apartment too. Palaces, churches, canals and picturesque squares are waiting for you to be discovered!!
