Welcome to Peaceful Waters!

Our beautiful beach house sits on 150 feet of saltwater no-bank beachfront. The home is all one level with a hot tub, garage turned game room (pool, air hockey, board games, tv), watercraft for 12 (kayaks and SUP), outdoor fire pit, wood burning fireplace in living room, fully stocked (LARGE) kitchen, lots of parking, and air conditioning!

Enjoy relaxing, fishing, watching wildlife, local restaurants, nearby parks, and more.

We can’t wait to host you!

Our beach house offers 3 bedrooms, two with king beds and full bathrooms while the third has 2 bunk beds. You will also find queen sleeper sofas in both the sitting and living rooms. Here is a breakdown of possible sleeping arrangements:

Our home is complete with a wood-burning fireplace, formal dining area, state-of-the-art kitchen fully stocked with everything you need (including spices, oils, and condiments), an expansive deck with outdoor furniture, private floating dock, and our garage is a full game room with a table, TV, and sofas!

Enjoy playing games, exploring the water, sitting by the fire, and more. Cook your own meals, eat out at one of the nearby restaurants, or head less than 15 minutes away into Belfair for more restaurants and shopping.

We had a great time staying at Peacful Waters. It was so enjoyable with all there was to do. The kids and grandkids loved kayaking, hotdogs and s'mores around the fire and playing all the outdoor and indoor games available. It was the perfect family get together that will have lifetime memories. Would definitely recommend.

The house was perfect for a quick getaway during the winter break. We loved the spacious kitchen and it was stocked well and we cooked all our meals there.The game room was easily the main highlight for the kids. We loved the outdoor deck and hot tub with its great views. Great host and very responsive!

Incredible property and home. Perfect location for relaxation and quiet. The house is stocked (and labeled!) with anything you need. The kitchen is made for a chef. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the views, enjoying the hot tub and quiet, and using the kayaks. We will be back!

Incredible House and great vibe

I booked our annual golf trip (12 guys) in Washington this year. This house was perfect. Mandi was super accommodating, allowing us to access the house early to drop off food before our first round of golf. It was perfect, we used the kayaks, swam in the bay, recovered in the hot tub and chatted by the fire. All in all, one of the best VRBOs I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend for a family or group of friends.
