Our stay was fully enjoyable for our group of six adults and four children. Even though the weather was not as warm as we’d hoped, we had lots of room to spread out and enjoy the home. The large table was great for meals and games. We really appreciated the large, well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds too.
I rarely fall in love with a rental house but this house is so cute and easy to be in. I love the A frame house style with the loft master bedroom, big kitchen and open family gathering area. We were lucky enough to have great weather and could open the windows and enjoy the sea breeze as well as the view. Beach walking was easy (rocky) and we enjoyed sitting around the fire pit area. The town of Allyn is only a few minutes away with good restaurants and cute shops.
We had a wonderful time. The house is well stocked, clean and very nicely
decorated. The property is private and a very nice beach. We enjoyed low tide and
the sandy beach.

Very impressive
We all enjoyed our stay for New Years! Will highly recommend this property. Thank you!
Loved our stay at Case Inlet. Serene 180 degrees views of the bay. Secluded and quiet property with easy access to the beach. Saw sea otters and seals in the bay every day we were there. We are already planning on going back next year and bring our sea kayaks.
Incredible location near Seattle! Loved our stay!!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. It was the perfect location for everyone in our group to spread out and everything that we needed for the stay was provided. Seattle was a short drive from the house and there were a lot of good choices for food, coffee, and other places to visit nearby. We loved the access to the beach and getting a chance to much around the water. Thank you for such a memorable week in Seattle!
We had an outstanding time at this house. The house was so well stocked for our arrival and top of the line. We had plenty of room for 8-10 people. We LOVED the location right on the water. We had wildlife visitors- otters, eagles and dear. Would highly recommend to a family.
The house is beautifully rustic, the views are gorgeous, and the whole setting really peaceful. There was road construction at the gate during our stay, but that's no one's fault.House had room for all 8 of us, and a playpen for the baby. I would note, the grill needs replaced and at a minimum a deep clean, bc it was hard to use and caught fire when we did.Kids enjoyed the beach and saw lots of wildlife and cool sea creatures during low tide. and everyone had a great 3 days. The house was clean except for some cobwebs in places, and the house was well stocked with dishes and cookware and plenty of towels and hygiene products.I would definitely stay again.

Hi Katherine,
I'm so glad you had a great time and enjoyed the house! Thank you so much for the note on the grill - sometimes it's hard to keep up on those items when we're not there. We're replacing it this week. I hope you do stay again!
Best,
Kelly
Beautiful property, quiet, views that standout. During the stay, we able to watch and learn about clam seeding. In 5- 7 years there will be geoduck clams to harvest.
I have marked my calendar for my next visit in 2031.
The house has a great water view. The home is spacious and had a wonderful well stocked kitchen. Interesting yard to explore. Beautiful roses.
The access to the water is excellent and the SUP”s at the home were fun. Loved the picnic shelter so close to the water.

So glad you and your family were able to enjoy the 4th at Victor Creek. Your boys were so cute! Hope y'all come back... Best regards, Kelly & Young
This is a beautiful waterfront home west of Seattle so you can enjoy the area without the hustle and noise of the city. Downtown Seattle was an easy ferry ride and Belfair gave access to groceries, etc. Had a few crickets we couldn’t get rid of but that’s likely common in a wooded area like this. Overall, we had a great time

New,well appointed, sanctuary on the water.
We shared this property with another family. It was spacious for all eight of us with water toys, room to roam, and hours of mindless beach combing. The home is new with every amenity needed. We took day trips to several state park beaches since the tidal beaches are not as swimmable. This is a location for deep relaxation and simple day trips.

Beautiful and needs up keep
The main house is ok. Bedrooms nice, kitchen workable, view fabulous! The property itself is strange and in need of a lot of work. There is an old house and garage on property that we had no idea was there, and was kinda creepy.
My family had a wonderful time. My grandchildren especially enjoyed it. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the beach, watching seals, even some river otters (at least that is what we thought they were). We got to watch boats harvesting oysters and geoducks. We had great fun watching the clams shooting water spouts and discovering what a live sand dollar looks like. Some paddle boarded. The sunsets were lovely. My family would love to go back.

The house you rent is decent inside. Dirty carpets, especially on the stairs, moldy refrigerator and the A/C didn't work the first 3 days we were there. The owner was very responsive to the A/C issue as it was hot, and they live part time next door but we didn't appreciate having them or the technician interrupting our dinner, birthday party and middle of the day family fun. The picture's are very deceiving and the owner stated that everyone's yard looks like theirs but simply drive 1 mile in either direction and that's not true, even in July. Broken down and falling fences, planters filled with dead plants and breaking apart , moldy dirty chaise lounges, there is NO creek for kids unless you come in the rainy season, no hammock. Keep in mind that this rental is literally attached to an older home that is in complete disrepair and falling apart. The air hockey table was unusable the entire stay. 2 bdrms and 1 full bath downstairs, a loft master suite with full bath and a bdrm over the garage with full bath. Owners claim that recycling is mandatory in Mason County and charge 25 for each bag they go through to verify recycling was up to their standards. We live i Mason County and recycling IS NOT MANDATORY in the and to think that the owners go through your trash to verify, is invasive to say the least.Overall, this property isnt worth the money they charge, it was embarrassing to drive up to with family who stayed there. The owners were clearly offended with o
Beautiful property right on the beach! We had a wonderful stay on Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean well maintained home with a perfectly stocked kitchen. Perfect for our family of 10! Kids loved the air hockey and ping pong. We sat and watched the eagles from sun up to sun down then enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit.
We were looking for a few days away as a family before our son had to go back to school. This was perfect! Our son brought a friend along and we had a great time at the beach, paddle boarding, rented kayaks nearby, and went golfing at Lakeland Village. Great casual restaurants nearby in Allyn and a grocery stores close by in Belfair. We loved it!
The location is beautiful, the house is well-equipped, and the hosts were excellent at communicating about the reservation and the property. All-around great experience!

About the host
Hosted by Kelly and Young-Bean Song
We live in Seattle, and have enjoyed our property in the South Sound since 2009. Kelly makes wonderful homemade raspberry jam from the fruit from the property every year, and we have plans to plant a vineyard in the near future. Young-Bean loves to chase fish with his fly rod and our two boys through the woods.
Why they chose this property
The South Sound is a true gem. Like most, we first sought out the San Juans and Hood Canal. But after having two kids, we realized the wait times at the ferries were simply too costly and unpredictable. That's when we stumbled upon Case Inlet. Only an hour from Seattle, the pristine waters of the South Sound blew us away. 5+ acres is tough to find these days. So arriving at our Madrona lined beach without being sandwiched between other buildings was a dream come true.
What makes this property unique
Beautiful lawns and landscape with native plants and fruit orchards. Safe for kids, and wildlife sightings daily.
The property faces SW, so the full sun and sunsets are tough to beat. We go there year round. The prior owners built a signature woodshed that we keep stocked for the fire pit and the cozy stove in the great room.
This may sound odd to point out, but all the homes in area are on sewer (rather than septic which you fine in most rural areas and along the Hood Canal), so the waters are very clean.
With over 5+ acres, the experience of having your own slice of Pacific NW paradise without feeling crowded is very unique. You'll be surrounded by landscaped gardens and grape vines, orchard trees, gnarled Madronas and majestic Douglas Firs. Watch the sunset fireside, when the sky turns bright pink and the herons are out for the evening bite.
