This beautiful and fully renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom mountain home is the perfect place to enjoy your family vacation and all that Breckenridge has to offer. This property has it all -- true ski in/ski out (ski to the door), six person hot tub, lovely stone gas fireplace, two spacious living areas, en suites in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and an open modern floor plan. This home is the perfect place to come together at the end of the day and recap with family and friends about the day's adventures.
The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1 with king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2 upper level); Bedroom 2 with king bed with attached bath (sleeps 2 upper level); Bedroom 3 with queen bed with attached bath (sleeps 2 lower level); Bedroom 4 four twin (2 bunks lower level) with bath just outside of the room (sleeps 4); Additional Sleeping with queen size pull out sleeper sofa in living area (sleeps 2). Pack n' Play provided. Maximum overnight capacity - 10
Parking for one car or small SUV inside of the garage and one additional truck or oversized SUV on the parking pad outside of the garage. An oversized truck or SUV will not fit inside of the garage.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is one of the most preferred in Breckenridge as the home sits right on the 4 O'Clock ski run for easy and convenient ski in/ski out access. Ski down 4 OClock Run from anywhere on Peak 8 right to the house. To ski out, ski down 4 OClock Run and take a right at the bridge that goes over the little stream and jump on the Snowflake Lift.
Other Things to Note:
Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. Strictly animal-free due to allergies or other necessary circumstances. Staying with LiveBreck Property Management is simple. Beautiful place, fully stocked with everything my family needed for the whole stay. Plenty of towels and the hot tub was clean and a big hit! This rental was so nice and I highly recommend. Very nice to ski in and out of and easy to get skis in and out of the back door.
Property was very nice. One of the bunk beds had a very low ceiling, so our sleeping arrangements weren’t possible as planned.Not holding the lack of snow against you! We’d come back with decent snow:)
We had the MOST delightful spring break staying with Fonda in Breckenridge. -A gorgeous light-filled main floor with a dining area spacious enough for all ten of us to enjoy home-cooked meals together.-A family room downstairs where the kids hung out - and a well-appointed ski-in-ski-out zone w cubbies and a boot warmer that held ALL the boots. -An easy hop on and off the Four O’clock trail - some of us bopped home for lunch and back out or could head to the hot tub any time. Our three families had a super fun and replenishing vacation - this place has such a good and gracious vibe. Thank you!!
Excellent location. Grandkids enjoyed playing in snow in backyard. #8 Peak Ski Slope ended next to backyard. Grandkids enjoyed being able to sled when no skiers were coming down slope
Perfect for two families. Updated condo, nice amenities, comfortable beds. Nice gear room with heated boot rack on way out the back door, 100ft walk to 4 o'clock run...
Exactly as pictured. In a quiet location but close to town. We saw a Mama Moose with her calf! Kids enjoyed the hot tub. We liked having the garage and driveway to park two cars
Great location a many updates abut some furniture is tired. A few issues we discovered and had to deal with. Based on the owners response I expect items will be fixed.

I really want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the property management team for ensuring such a wonderful stay. This property truly has it all. We enjoyed an incredible time with both friends and family. The kitchen was fantastic, equipped with everything needed for a delightful family cookout. The view was breathtaking, and access to the 4 o'clock run made for a perfect start to the day and a convenient return after skiing or snowboarding. The heating system for boots and gloves was a thoughtful touch, and with 4.5 bathrooms, 3 master bedrooms, 1 room featuring 4 bunk beds, and a sofa bed, there was plenty of space for everyone. Words cannot express how wonderful our stay was—we're already planning our return!
