About this property

East Hampton Beach House w/ Heated Saltwater Pool & 2 Master Suites

Our house is located on a quiet street in the Northwest Woods section of East Hampton. It is less than a 10 minute drive to East Hampton Village and a 15 minute drive to Sag Harbor Village. Convenient to town, farm stands, wineries, restaurants and beaches, you can easily spend the whole day out and about or relax in our fully-stocked home.

This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with central a/c. The first floor has a primary bedroom with King sized bed, private bath and access to the back deck. Also on the first floor are two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom -- one has a Queen sized bed and the other has 2 Twin beds. The entire second floor is dedicated to a large master bedroom with King bed, en suite bath and private deck.

The main family room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV over the wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings and a pair of French doors that lead out onto the spacious deck. Great for entertaining. The dining room seats 7 comfortably. The adjacent kitchen has stainless steel appliances, all basic utensils, pots & pans, spices, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, Nespresso machine and four counter-stools for additional seating.

Outside there is a Weber gas grill, large dining table for 10 and lounge seating. The 40' saltwater pool is heated. The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off after the pool or beach. If you have small children, an optional mesh, child-proof pool fence can be installed. A few children's books and toys are available, as well as a crib and toddler bed if needed. The entire back-yard is fenced-in.

The basement has a ping-pong table, flat-screen TV, sofa and exercise bike. A fourth bathroom with shower stall and laundry are also in the basement level.

Serene vacation

Beautiful house with all the necessary ingredients for a perfect stay. The owner was always accessible and handled all issues quickly. Very pleasant to work with. House was in a perfect location to all of our interests which included beaches, restaurants and wonderful farm stands. Had a great time.

Private resort like setting

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful house set in a centrally located wooded area removed from road noise. It was a quiet way to unwind and yet close to everything - East Hampton Village, the Beaches, and Sag Harbor. The kitchen was easy to use and manage and the Family Room and bedrooms accommodated our crew comfortably. The outdoor deck and pool areas were lovely and we used them extensively. Everyone loved the outdoor shower.

Excellent Stay

The house was perfect. Short distance to town on a secluded, residential street away from the main road. Everything in the house was in great condition - neat, organized, clean and modern. Not a massive house but the efficient design makes it feel spacious and well laid out. The backyard and pool were really nice too. Most importantly, Marlene was an excellent host. Very communicative and helpful. We'd definitely come back again!

Great family home in East Hampton

With four proper bedrooms and basement, the house was plenty large for us, two young children, and nanny to be comfortable. Everything from the kitchen, pool, deck setup, and grill was clean and easy to use. And for any small issues that did come up, the hosts were readily available to help resolve quickly and easily. Great home for a family vacation in East Hampton!

Amazing weekend by the pool!

It was my second trip to the Hampton's and we went with a group of friends total of 8 people and the house was everything we could have hoped for. It was extremely spacious and also offered the cozy feel we were looking for. The home was very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen offered all the basics you would need to prepare a meal. We BBQed and cooked in every night and sat on the patio. The outdoor space is great. The advantage to this house is the heated swimming pool which we pretty much used the entire 3 days. It is close to the main street, grocery and liquor stores in East Hampton and we were easily able to navigate our way around to the other areas of the Hampton's. I would highly recommend this home. Marlene and her husband have a beautiful home - good service, communication. They gave us some good restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommended this place for anyone looking to have a chilled out weekend by the pool with family and friends - It's also pet friendly as 2 of our friends had dogs.
