Please note: We invite you to reserve only if you're traveling for a vacation, visiting family, or as a mature adult. Our home is not suited for party groups. Also, please be aware that the Encore Resort water park is not available for guests.



The Space:

This amazing 9 bedroom 8 bathroom luxury home is located in the Encore Resort. We've created the perfect space to live the Disney dream! This home has three themed bedrooms. Live your Frozen dream, enjoy a trip to Hogwarts, or fly through the galaxy with the heroes from Star Wars.



We've done our best to make our home a comfortable and also fun place to stay during your vacations in Florida. The movie room was designed to enjoy great family time -- bring popcorn to watch your favorite movies.



All bedrooms include Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has all the necessary equipment and tools you need to prepare any type of meal for you and the family.

Sheets and towels are of course provided and we also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay if needed it.



**Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.



Pool & Spa Note:

*Cost: $45/night (3 nights min.), billed separately.

*Request: Contact us after booking. We activate heat 24h prior to arrival if prepaid.

*Weather: System targets 80°F-100°F. In extreme cold, it may auto-pause for safety.



This home does not allow access to the Water Park amenity inside the Encore resort.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
