The cabin is so cool! It was exactly the combination of rustic and comfort we were looking for. The hot tub area was so sweet! We were out taking a long soak every night. I love the fact that they allow dogs but unfortunately there was a fair amount of dog hair on the couches which is why I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness. We would still stay there again! Thank you for hosting us!!
Amazing location. The property was more spacious than it looked in photos. I was concerned layout might be an issue but it was fine. Each room has its own thermostat which was really nice in winter. Views from the jacuzzi can't be beat. Lots of little hills around for kids to sled on. The only hiccup is we were given an incorrect check in code and it was dark and freezing when we showed up. Took 30 mins to correct, which could have been a lot worse. Once we saw how nice it was inside, all was forgiven!
Nice, quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our family of 4, I would personally not want to stay with more than 4 or 5 people. Definitely sleeps up to 8, but unless ypu really like eachother, common areas are somewhat limited. Will definitely look to this property for future visits with our family. Host and property management really shine here, very responsive and helpful, with all questions we had, definitely 5 stars for the management team! Expect to need chains or 4x4 if snow conditions to get into driveway, when snow melts, expect red mud. Decent size “mudroom” area, but could get congested quickly, as it’s the main entry way to the house. Got to stay on top of all the gear organization! Of note, all common and living area (with exception of small couch and TV) are up stairs, no issue for us, but could be for those with any aversion to stairs.
