This two story villa is an end unit with 17 ft. ceilings and beautiful sunlight. There is no one above or below you so you can relax in a quiet home-like atmosphere with all the amenities you need to have an enjoyable vacation. We provide FREE INTERNET service so you can stay connected.

You will enjoy comfortable furnishings with an island flair. The condo was recently painted and vinyl plank flooring was installed in the downstairs areas. We also include everything you need for a great day at the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards & sand toys. There is also a reserved parking place so you are guaranteed a spot.

The WAIKOLOA COLONY VILLAS is a private gated community located on the 15th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. For your enjoyment there are two swimming pools, hot tub, gas barbecues, air conditioned fitness center and tennis courts.
