The Hideout

Beautiful, spacious and well taken care of. We were so grateful to find a place fully ADA certified. Haven't been able to take long trips with Dad for ages! So much to do in the area, we didn't get to it all. Will definitely be going again.

Great Launchpad!

This property is perfectly located and great for families. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, and great space for everyone to gather. The kitchen had just what we needed. Beds were very comfortable! Pool and hot tub are great. The hosts were great with communication when we had an immediate need. Thanks!

Perfect ADA accommodations

This has been our favorite place to stay that accommodates my husband in a wheelchair and a walker. The bathroom was accessible, the bed was a good height, the kitchen had a lowered counter prep area and he could roll up to the stove and sink as well. My husband was even able to go out onto the balcony with us. The hosts went above and beyond in anticipation of our needs, and were excellent at communicating with us. We had our adult children and a 1-year-old grandchild with us. There were toys and books for her. We played pickle ball and did a lot of swimming on the property. My husband did not go down to get in the water, but I saw lifts for the pool and hot tub, so he could have! We are excited to plan a return trip. Our kids raved about their stay!

Very well suited to our needs as one of us uses a walker or wheelchair. Comfortable sofas in living area, kitchen well equipped, and nice bedrooms. Host quickly responded to questions and promptly sent people to deal with a malfunctioning smoke alarm. Excellent property and superb host! The only problem we had was that the family above us had young children who ran and jumped for hours on end. The noise was bothersome at times. Otherwise quiet. This property is highly rated and rightfully so.

Our family has been traveling to Southern Utah for years for the blue skies, perfect weather, amazing recreational opportunities. Our challenge is that I get around in a manual wheelchair. There are so few rental properties that accommodate any special needs. So we built one!

Why they chose this property

The amazing thing about Estancia is that it is close to stores and a few miles from the freeway. But right on the edge of town. The resort has all the amenities you need for a fun time for all ages and abilities.

What makes this property unique

Two of our four bathrooms are wheelchair accessible with roll-in showers. And most unique of all is that the kitchen is also accessible to people that use a wheelchair or a walker!
