The space:
Our spacious, newly updated townhome 'The GreenHaus' features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as ample space for indoor/outdoor living. The convenient Mt. Pleasant location offers short driving distance to downtown Charleston's wonderful restaurants, shops, and historic sites, the waterfront excitement of Shem Creek, and the area beaches of Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms. Combined with the neighborhood's free ample parking, location and parking won't be an issue here!

This home features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Upon entering you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking/kitchen essentials, and an open dining area off the kitchen with a high top dining table and six seats. Open to the dining area is a spacious living room with a large sleeper sofa with pillow top mattress pad for an additional guest or two, two bucket chairs, and a 50” HD TV equipped with streaming services such as Netflix, Sling Live TV, and more. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay. A half bath and spacious laundry room with washer and dryer are also found off the living room.

The bedrooms, each with sumptuous linens and either a king or queen bed, are located on the second floor. The king bedroom features ample closet space, a large classic dresser with vanity mirror, and a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom. This beautifully remodeled bathroom features ample counter space, a large walk in stone/glass shower, and is shared with the second bedroom through hallway access. The queen bedroom is light and bright with plenty of natural light, and features a dedicated workspace at a cozy desk for all your work from home needs!

Outside and off the living room you'll find the quaint backyard and comfortable outdoor patio area. Complete with furniture to lounge in (drink in hand!) and a gas grill for the perfect evening bbq, you will be enjoying the Lowcountry's beautiful weather in no time!

Need transportation? Look no further! Save time and money with our rental cars. If you are interested you can inquire after booking to check availability of our Nissan Rogue Sport and Nissan Juke which we offer through the car share service Turo, the VRBO of the car rental industry! This is our vehicle, however this would be a separate booking through the Turo app and is very quick, efficient, and more cost effective than traditional rental cars.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire two story townhome and backyard, easily accessible and well lit for your safety.
You can pull your car off the street and into marked parking spaces anywhere in the complex, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze.

Other things to note:
One dog is permitted with prior consent and a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Pet fees are charged for the luxury of bringing a pet, they do not cover pet damages. You will be charged a minimum $100 excessive cleaning/damage fee in addition to your pet fee if pet damages (including excessive hair) are found. DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE BEDS.
Unauthorized pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought without authorization, a $300 pet fee will be imposed.

SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUT. Breaking of this rule will result in a $100 fine.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-8 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the Township of Mount Pleasant Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Mount Pleasant, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
