The property is nice and the location is lovely, however, the door code was not functioning properly. We contacted management and tried the suggestions offered without success. She was able to contact her manager and disable the lock, which allowed access. After that, we were unable to lock the door when leaving the property. The 8:00 am check-out was also inconvenient. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years and we’ve never had a check-out time prior to 10:00 am.

We had a wonderful stay! This is the perfect place for a quiet getaway, with beautiful views and a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is excellent and well-equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals at the cabin.The cabin is rustic, which adds to its Northwoods charm, so just be prepared for that style of accommodation. Bringing our own towels was clearly communicated ahead of time but was a minor inconvenience.The internet was excellent and reliable, allowing me to work remotely for part of our stay without any issues.Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, and the host's communication was outstanding from start to finish.Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing escape.
