Ref micro, Gas stove, instantaneous heater, outdoor Grill, Outdoor tables and deck under the stars with gazebo.. Quiet and private lwith no one behind you 35 x 75'lot. Upper and lower decks
Pool Spa, Boat launch Gulf access and fishing. Shuffleboard bocce ball. Close to all restaurants. walking distance to grocery store CVS dunkin donuts and restaurant. 5 minutes away is the Parrot tiki bar with live bands nightly.
Close to all beaches and numerous restaurants, and shopping, all within 15-20 minutes.
Gated safe community.
150 application fee that goes to assocation for background check.
RENTER

Live locally and bought this brand new RV to occasionally enjoy the "Glamping" life. Wasn't ready for full time RV but wanted the luxury camping experience for a couple months a year, while I can make new memories 55 + gated ,safe S Ft Myers RV Resort on Gulf access property. Pool, Spa, events and close to everything.
