THE HOUSE OF ZIN. . . This is a completely self contained and very private sitting on a mountaintop at our 40ac estate; 3-bedrooms with Tempur-pedic beds, 2-full baths, full kitchen, living/dining room, central heat & AC, satellite TV, patio, gas BBQ, etc. The decor is tastefully done by the owner’s wife (Kati) who is an artist by her own right.

OUR STORY... When Gianni Manucci (Owner/Winemaker) retired from architecture, he took all his skills and passion to transform an entire forty acre site from dirt to wine. His education from UC Davis in winemaking and his European roots in grape farming created a truly unique landscape similar to the Tuscany region. Coupled with his wife (Kati Manucci) with interior design & food catering allows them to complement each other and share their passion. They have three children (Christian, Sage Isabella, Sophia) all born and raised on the estate and starting to take interest in helping papa & mimi.

If you are looking to escape your busy life and or just shut down for a while, we then have the perfect place for you. The location is just beautiful up in the hills on the west side yet just a short drive to downtown Paso Robles. From the views, to the wines, to the decor, to the staff and the amazing breakfasts, this stunning place is an incredibly unique winery & very romantic B&B NOT to be missed!
