It gives families and groups an easy home base near downtown, Lake Michigan beaches, the marina, trails, lighthouse, farmers market, seasonal ice rink, and local events.

The backyard is the main attraction. Spend summer days by the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, cook at the grill or pizza oven, watch games from the outdoor bar, play ping pong, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or gather by the fire pit at night. The spacious private yard, detached guest apartment space, seasonal outdoor bathroom, and exterior Ring at entry add flexibility and convenience for group stays.

Growing up here gave me a deep appreciation for everything that makes this area special, from Lake Michigan sunsets and beaches to orchards, wineries, small businesses, and the welcoming community that keeps people coming back year after year.

When I’m not hosting guests, I work as a local physical therapist, helping members of our community stay active and healthy. Hosting short-term rentals is an extension of that same passion for serving others. My goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.
