This Modern, Vibrant Basement ADU is the perfect place to stay for any trip within the beautiful pacific northwest. Located in NE Portland's Sumner district, this home sits 7 minutes from PDX Airport and less than 10 minutes from the Alberta Arts District. Located center of the city near, freeways, groceries stores, shopping centers and more!

Our location offers a variety of great restaurants, bars, and recreation as we are near the Sandy River and Vancouver, Wa.
The space
Stunning 850 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment with private entrance patio and fenced backyard, beautifully remodeled in 2017. This space is refreshingly nice, and fully furnished with comfort and style in mind. Full separate kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve delicious meals! Spices, and essentials all provided. Perfect for a solo traveler or pair.

Though we love them, no pets allowed. Spacious beautiful bathroom with new tub and subway tiles. The bedroom has a writing desk with usb outlet and a comfy cute desk chair. Comfy queen mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets; plenty space for storage underneath bed! Amenities are all included (paper products, hand and body soap, trash bags, q-tips etc. and refills on any house hold items). Shampoo/conditioner provided for short stays (3 days or less).

Enjoy being 7 minutes from the airport, 10 min from Alberta district and the liveliness of NE Portland! The Sandy River is just 15 min away! You will be surrounded by a variety of food options, shops, recreation and less than 3 min from groceries stores.

Your privacy will be respected and our neighborhood is friendly, quiet and peaceful. Enjoy plenty of street parking on your own block (we park on the other street). Everything is brand new and newly furnished! Come cozy up in our modern vibrant pad!
Guest access
The path leading to your private home entrance will only be used by you, our guest! It has been newly paved and is being fenced for pricacy and security. You can park by the fence that leads to the pathway to your unit. Your main entry door is also our garage and laundry access however, but again your privacy will be respected and you may never even know we are here during your short stay :)

Parking

You are welcome to park in the driveway behind the fenced gate. It is a shared driveway with upstairs guest. Please keep gate closed at all times, as it may be in the way of the main driving road when open. Thank you!
