Recreational Passes/Amenities:
The Lighthouse Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.
Weekly/Daily Passes 2025 Fees:
Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit.
● Pre-ordered Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate)
● Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130
Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price.
● Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30
● Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered.
● Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk. A weekly pass must be purchased as a condition of key fob rental.
