Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool or exploring the gulf, this getaway offers a nice blend of comfort & convenience!

Of things to note:
- Pool is not heated but it gets great direction to the sun.
- The property is regularly monitored and treated by a professional pest control company to minimize insect intrusion. While efforts are made to prevent bugs, occasional instances may occur; no guarantees or refunds are offered for this.
- Pool is serviced on Tuesdays. Access must be granted.
- Lawn is mowed on Fridays.
- Second bathroom is in the garage. It is a good little extra bathroom w/ shower.

Florida's unpredictable weather is acknowledged; it is recommended to purchase travel insurance and/or use a credit card with such for added peace of mind.

We allow a max night stay of 28 nights. Any additional nights, please inquire.
