Skip the overpriced hotels and stay the week at a home close to Balloon Fiesta Park for the annual Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta (Oct. 5-13, 2024). Grocery stores, restaurants, retail, night life, gyms and other amenities within one mile of the location. A park and dog park are a short walk away. Quiet neigborhood that allows you to enjoy your stay. Downstairs master bedroom and two upstairs bedrooms. 2 1/4 baths. Small backyard with BBQ grill. There is a living room and an upstairs loft, both equipped with television. YouTubeTV, Netflix and Amazon Prime TV included! Rental availability Oct. 1-15.
