This beautifully appointed and spacious 2 bedroom,2 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 4., offers beautiful views of the ocean and river, and is furnished with decorator furnishings in the 'West Indies' style . It features a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, a Keurig ,granite counter tops, and Pergo flooring throughout., two TVs, and wi-fi. Situated on a private beach amid lush plantings, the balcony overlooks the ocean and a sparkling heated pool and poolside fountain. You will marvel at the splendid views from the balcony , dining room, and kitchen.
You will enjoy the best seafood and diverse cuisine at the many five star restaurants in the area, and golf courses, and tennis at the Riverside Park. Go for brunch at Gloria Estefan’s Casa D’Esta, shop in the lovely boutiques in our charming town. If fishing is your hobby fishing trips and boats rentals are available and you will not be disappointed. Day trips to Sebastian Inlet Park and Fort Pierce provide spectacular ocean and river views. Bring your camera. A short trip to Disney in Orlando is great for the kids, visit NASA in Cape Canaveral, St. Augustine, our oldest city, Vero is a great hub if you like to sightseeing..

Beautiful location, very convenient, close to everything!

We had a lovely peaceful time in this incredibly convenient location close to all Vero’s many attractions. Beautiful balcony views, going to sleep with the waves rolling in, a great heated pool—all first rate attractions.

This unit has one of the best sunny decks with all the North East wind blocked on days when most are too dark and cool. Our stay was just too short.

Summer Vacation

Perfect place to stay if you do not want a crowded location. Few people were on property which was perfect. Everything was there thast we needed. The only problem we had was with the door lock. We had a hard time with the buttons on the lock to open the door. Thank you!

Great spot but a little dated

Views at this property are spectacular and the location can’t be beat within walking distance to beaches and the downtown shopping area. Decor is a little dated and sheets are old and need to be updated. The pillows smelled kinda funky and mattress was lumpy. We nicknamed this apartment the jungle room because of all the fake plants. Nice property owner who was very responsive. Would recommend to those looking for convenience on a budget.

February Beach Vacation

This property is about 1 mile from downtown VeroBeach restaurants It sits right on the beach. Just a short walk from a darling breakfast/ lunch place which I used often. The kitchen is complete with everything I needed and I did cook about half my dinners. The Other local restaurants were very good and fun

Great place to spend spring break at a quiet location. Very relaxing and serene. The condo is supplied with everything you need for a beach vacation. Views of the ocean are amazing. Pool is nice and very clean. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Excellent Property - Great Vacation!

Stayed for the month of January, 2013. We had a great vacation at this property. We would highly recommend staying here to our family and friends in the future. This exceptionally clean condo has two beautiful well appointed bedrooms with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to a balcony with ocean views. We spent a lot of time on that balcony! especially watching the awe sum sunrises!!, with our coffee every morning.(miss it) The property offers private access to the ocean/beautiful beach, with a private outside shower available (very convenient). The property also has a very large, very clean, beautiful heated pool, which we enjoyed immensely and mostly by ourselves!. The location is excellent, close to the shopping, restaurants, golf and everything else Vero has to offer. The owners Rachel and Graham made the entire reservation process easy and straight forward. We found it in Vero Beach yet it has all the amenities of a larger city. Beautiful beaches, crystal clear water, wonderful climate,, great restaurants.,shopping ,golf tennis.,fishing, theater, and more.Something for everyone . With a busy life in the north, we are fortunate that it is an easy drive of 2 days or quick flight with several choices for airports, such as West Palm, Orlando, and Melbourne. We enjoy kicking back and enjoying the great seafood that Florida is known for especially our favorites,The Harbor Cove, The Tides, The Ocean Grill , and breakfast at The Beach Side Cafe, just a few doors away.Country Corner in town for breakfast. - and good old IHOP, both in town.Don't miss Mrs. Mac's Fillin Station in town.Jalisco's for real Mexican cuisine , and there are many new restaurantsThe beautiful foliage that Vero is so well known for,and the beautiful ocean views right from our balcony, which also offers river views..Love live theatre? Shows all year. Art Museum. Play tennis on the public courts at Riverside Park.

Drive by some of the most beautiful estates designed by many of our foremost architects. and dine on Royal Palm. Watch a polo match while in Florida! If it rains Go to the Outlet on the mainland and do some bargain shopping, or see that movie! Someone asked me once What does one do there for entertainment?
