The bottom floor of Abacos features Pecan Jacks (voted best ice cream and candy on 30A), a surf shop, a nail salon and spa, and the lively Growler Garage tap room. Next door is Shunk Gulley, one of the most popular and fun 30A restaurants, with live music.
Just across the street from Shunk Gulley is the colorful Gulf Place community, with several delicious restaurants like the Perfect Pig, Pizza By The Sea, and Shelby’s Bar and Grill. Sunrise Coffee is there, as well as YOLO, the best place to rent paddle boards and electric bikes. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the stylish dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional bar stools at the breakfast counter. The workspace area is for those who need to finish up some work before venturing out.
The primary bedroom, king, has its own balcony, and the second and third bedrooms feature WiFi, cable TV, plenty of storage, and easy bathroom access.

Two bikes are included, perfect for exploring 30A! The Timpoochee Trail is a beautiful 19-mile paved bike trail that runs along the entire length of 30A and takes you through all the different eclectic little beach towns along the way.

It’s a quick trip from Nashville and my family loves joining together on school breaks for beach time. This property is in a great location, it was our second time here! A quick and easy walk to the beach, fun restaurants and live music nearby. The kids loved the ice cream shop after our beach pictures at sunset. The condo is well outfitted and the amenities were appreciated!

Condo was in a great location, was very clean and comfortable, but the kitchen is missing a lot of essentials, so this is why I haven’t given all five stars!
This is a lovely condo with 2 wonderful balconies with ocean views. We loved the restaurants nearby and the live music we could hear in the evenings from nearby businesses. The ice cream parlor was a treat to have nearby. The beach has great ramp access, extremely close, we pulled a wagon with our gear.

Easy access to the beach & local restaurants. Convenient, short drive to get groceries. There’s an amazing ice cream shop on the first floor of the complex which was amazing and also addicting! I think we visited Pecan Jacks every night of our stay. Great, clean unit! We enjoyed our stay!
We picked this place for its walking distance to the beach and the views - neither disappointed! The walk to the beach was simply across the street and through the parking lot. The views - amazing! The place was well laid out too. It was public areas upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. It was perfect to allow anyone to rest while others enjoyed the space. All-in-All: a great spring break trip with our teenage daughter and her friends.

We spent our 14th Anniversary of being a family there and have decided to continue that tradition. Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shops and beach access. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space to spread out. If you like live music, there’s plenty of places around you to walk to or just hang out on one of the two balconies. Easy drives to Grayton Beach, Seaside and the rest of the 30A communities. Property management is very responsive and friendly to work with.

My family reallly enjoyed this 2 level condo setup! It was furnished with everything that we needed. Whenever we reached out to management, our needs were met in an instant! The condo was tidy. However, all surfaces needed to be wiped/cleaned (layers of dust settled, prints from previous guests/stays). We assumed maybe it was skipped by the cleaning company, or had been vacant for some time.The bathrooms were all thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. Overall, we would stay here again as a family! The views were amazng from the top floor!!!

The toilets need new guts. Both bedroom toilets ran the entire time we were there. Had to fix it once because it stopped flushing.

I am so glad you had a 5 star stay, minus the toilets. Next time you stay with us PLEASE reach out immediately. That is such a simple fix and with our office less than 5 minutes away coupled with the fact that a real human answers the call 24/7 (yes someone who has been in the home and knows it well) we would have fixed immediately. Running toilets are not only a nuisance to listen to but a tremendous burden to our environment (think running clean water just going down the drain not being utilized) we would never intentionally burden you with that issue. We pride ourselves in our response to any issue our guest have and want to assure you that in the future when you reach out we will be there.

The place was clean and comfortable and the property manager and owner were incredibly responsive. Very short and convenient walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Would stay here again.
We had a great week! We have 3 young children and rented chairs/ umbrellas right on the beach; therefore the walk to the beach was super easy and close!!! Great communication, clean space, and great places to eat all around. Will be back, thanks!
