Holiday villa with private pool

Villa Nimertis, is a brand-new villa built on the hillside village of Xirokambi, just a few minutes' drive away from the coastal towns of Platanias and Gerani.

It is a detached villa with a private swimming pool (and a children's pool) and an outdoor jacuzzi with panoramic sea-views from the one side and views across the White Mountains on the other side.

The villa is modern and it consists of three large bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed; second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two single beds), and two bathrooms (master bathroom on first floor with full-size jacuzzi bathroom and second bathroom on ground floor with a jaccuzzi shower).

The villa offers all the modern facilities, it is fully furnished and fully equipped, and it can be rented out for short-term escapes in the summer but also for longer periods in the winter.

The nearest restaurants are just a few metres down the road and towards the village square in Xirokambi, whereas the nearest mini-markets are about 3 km away in Pyrgos Psilonerou. However, we can offer you shopping-on-demand, and do the daily shopping for you upon demand and agreement.

The nearest sandy beach is in Pyrgos Psilonerou and Maleme, and it is about 3-4 km drive' away.

Perfect location and accommodation

The location was approx 10 mins drive from Platanias which has numerous restaurants and shops. In addition there were also multiple beaches in the area. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed. The pool area was magnificent with lovely views. The host was very friendly and gave us some tips on local restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation and location and friendliness of the local people exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

Pool was very nice, would be great for families

Eva was very accommodating and provided us with food suggestions as well as winery and olive oil. The pool was fantastic and had some floaties there for use as well. Only real complaint was all the furniture including outside chairs were not very comfortable. I would imagine this would be a perfect place to stay if you had kids with you due to how the house was set up. Was very close to Platanias which provides many restaurants and shopping.

Great place

As a family of 5, we had a beautify stay with lot of space, 3 bedrooms. The pool area was so beautify and a fantastic pool for swimming and playing around, the view was fantastic. Eva the our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, we could reach he anytime by sms. In conclusion, our stay at this beautiful house in Crete was an absolute great. It provided us with a perfect retreat, allowing us to relax and recharge in a stunning setting. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable holiday experience in Crete. Eine tolles Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage, idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung dieses Teils der Insel aber auch für entspannte Tage am Pool. Beginnend mit einer perfekten Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin Eva sowohl vor als auch nach Ankunft, im sauberen und auch gut ausgestatteten Haus. Der Pool ist in der Tat ein Highlight. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, daher zu Recht die bestmögliche Bewertung. Thank you Eva!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, der Sonnenuntergang am Abend ist ein Traum. Von jeder Ecke des Hauses hat man einen tollen Blick. Das Haus war super, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der Empfang von Eva war herzlich und wir haben tolle Tipps von ihr bekommen, von denen wir auch einige getestet haben. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Selten so einen netten Ansprechpartner gehabt. Danke Eva!! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing villa!

This villa is top notch all the way around. Beautiful views, wonderful layout, very clean and perfect for our 7 person stay. The pool was wonderful and the outside spaces were just as impressive as the inside. The location was great too. All in all we have no complaints at all and as wonderful as the villa was it was surpassed by the wonderful people who met us and welcomed us to our temporary home and who kept it clean. We're going to return and I would recommend this place to all friends and family or anyone wanting a great place in Crete.

The accommodation is outstanding. The owners gave us the up most care that one can only imagine to receive while on a special holiday. The listing is more than accurate. The welcoming to their home was fabulous with the desert, the liqueur that is island made, and the fruit basket...I can go on and on, but it is for others to have a wonderful experience such as my husband and I have had.
