I planned this trip for my birthday, and it was absolutely what I was hoping for. The people running the place were beyond kind and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable/happy. The cabin was exactly as portrayed, if not better.
The cabin was cozy! We brought sleeping bags to keep warm since the temp was in the 40s at night. We especially loved sitting on the porch and watching the birds & sitting by the fire pit! It was nice to read the journal from previous guests & the welcome book had lots of local recommendations which was helpful since we didn’t have cell service. The hike up to the tower was fun, though very steep!! Overall a great stay & we hope to come again!
