Location is very central 15-25 minutes to anywhere easy access to I10, parking is on the street and can be tough to find but not bad.
The place was clean and true to pictures. It’s quite around there also, I liked and would rent again if I ever went back to LA
Not located where communicated. Very hot throughout the day. Moldy shower curtain. Toilet lid off track. No fire detector. Blankets of dust on ceiling fan. Microwave didn’t work. Stains on chair at desk.
Stay was okay, however, the location originally listed was not correct and was listed to have a washer and dryer but this was not the case. Property was clean

The advertised address was incorrect, which was quite misleading. However, the manager did call to confirm the correct address, which was slightly further away.
Pros:

- Broken porch light
- In need of a thorough update
Although we paid for two nights, we only stayed for one and arranged to stay with family instead.
