Our favorite VRBO (and we have stayed in many). The host is a peach, accommodating at every opportunity. Beds are comfy and kitchen is well equipped (and not just with junky second rate items you often find in VRBOs). Everything about the property is in good repair and maintenance- we would have loved to stay longer. Great place!

Joy, Thank you so much for your very complimentary review! We are so glad you and your family had an excellent trip, please join us again if back our way. Would have you back in a heartbeat. You were one of the very best guests we have had in our 14 years hosting!
The property was private and secluded, but still close to Sunday River and all other Bethel attractions. It was clean and cozy, and the hot tub helped relax after a day on the slopes.
One of the best places we've stayed in the Bethel area. Close to town but feels like you're in the middle of the woods. Owner was communicative and helpful.
House was perfect to accommodate our group. Large backyard for the dog and basement was a plus for playing pool and darts. Very clean and cozy. Would stay again!
Very nice property for family gathering in any season. Host is very prompt to respond to any inquiries. Has good amenities and about 30 minutes to town. Would stay here again.
The house was amazing and beautiful! Although we did find that the house could of been a little bit cleaner (one of us owns a cleaning business ;)) but it was still a nice place to get away and see Maine!
Perfect house to rent for a ski weekend! We have a wonderful stay and the house had everything we needed! 20 minutes to Sunday river and 10 minutes to bethel.
This was the perfect vacation home for our family! The owner was very quick to respond to all questions! Something to do for everyone, hot tub, pool table, TV/internet, board games. Best of all the area is quiet and not a lot of traffic at all! Loved everything about our stay!!
We enjoyed the comfort of the home and all it had to offer (pool table, hot tub, etc.). The host was very quick to respond to any questions. We enjoyed the small-town feel of Bethel and the nearby towns, allowing us to have the relaxing vacation we wanted!
Our trip to Bethel was wonderful. The place was clean and well taken care of. We loved the hot tub especially at night when we could see the stars. It was just far enough away from Bethel but not too far. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend this lovely home.
Great accommodations. Had everything we needed and more! My son and daughter-in-law enjoyed fly fishing in the area and my wife and I enjoyed relaxing and visiting Maine relatives! If we come back next year, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Thank you Larry and family. Glad you enjoyed yourself. Please do come back, you were the perfect guests.
We had a great visit and the property was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for our family of five to stretch out and all the amenities we were looking for. Clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The lodge is very convenient to Bethel and Sunday River and we found plenty of good restaurant options within 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again and Renee was very communicative and helpful.
