The cabin is set deep in the woods. If you want to get away this is the place to go. It’s about a 10 min drive into the town which has some nice shops. A path to the lake would have been a plus since it’s right there. Over all, a cozy place to stay and unplug.
Cabin was really cute. We were staying for a wedding nearby. Not a great pic for that as there’s not a lot of mirrors for a family to get ready at the same time. Also no water views (posting to me was a little misleading on that). If you’re going for the cabin in the woods vibe though it’s perfect.
Charming and funky cottage that has been made spotless and well stocked and set up for comfortable rentals. Especially summer. The wraparound green porch is wonderful. The pull -down stair to the cute loft is not for everyone, but it works for us.
Only thing is that the lake access should be a little more clearly described as it isn’t clear what’s private and what a right of way
Hello my name is Gabe DiSaverio, I'm a superhost on Air BNB and have multiple properties in Maine and Florida on both VRBO and Air BNB. My wife and I have owned this camp for almost 15years and would love to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
We own and run a wedding venue 5minutes away, which is a business we started in 2013 on a family property. We have a little ecosystem of properties that we rent to both wedding guests and the general public.
What makes this property unique
Near the Lake, near the mountains, near a wonderful downtown, yet completely tucked away and private.
