- Large central island with barstool seating for three
- Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

- Cleaning essentials are also included, such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and a few basic cleaning products
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
1 twin trifold floor mat w/ extra linens and pillow (best suited for children) is provided for maximum sleeping arrangements for 8 guests (6 adults max + kids); rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.
PARKING:
One carport space and one small garage space (small to mid-size vehicles only). Guests must ensure they do not encroach on the neighboring unit's carport space, nor have any part of their vehicle parked in the alley. General street parking - metered and non-metered - throughout the neighborhood.
LAUNDRY:
Stack washer/dryer located along second level hallway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
