Beautifully renovated yet preserving the original footprint of the Lighthouse Road Villas, #18 features all new everything-floors, furniture, decor, kitchen and baths- plus a joyful and spacious screened porch for relaxing during all seasons. This villa boasts a first floor queen bedroom, upstairs king primary and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. From the porch or expanded patio, take in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course and lush Lowcountry vegetation. All of this and a bonus loft area that is great for the kids and provides extra room for sleeping
and hanging out. The fantastic central location of the Lighthouse Road Villas puts you close to everything in Sea Pines! 12 minutes on foot to the Sea Pines Beach Club and Golf Clubhouse, a quick 1.5 mile ride to Harbour Town, and right on the trolley line.

This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy two free bikes to explore all of the beautiful nature and wildlife in Sea Pines, free high speed WIFI, a free fitness center pass to a local gym, as well as a fully stocked kitchen.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your SeaPines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for waiting in line at security. Simply head to your villa, park, and head to the beach!

Very clean, nicely furnished beach home. Great location, easy 0.5 mi walk or bike along paved path to beach. Two bikes provided, and if you need more rentals very close by. Easy parking, and there was additional parking for guests that was always available with a paid pass from main gate

Hilton Head Gem!

Property is in a great location within Sea Pines, short walk to the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club. Dog-friendly, very clean, well appointed and kitchen is well stocked with cooking needs. Bikes are a nice add which isn’t found included often. Beautiful golf course view, quiet and relaxing. Local management support is excellent. Already made plans to return!

Loved our stay in Sea Pines. The location couldn’t have been better. Property was bright, clean and had lots of space for our family of 5. Equipped with everything we could possibly need. Check in was simple and easy. Highly recommend. Only con - no pool available with this property. Short walk to the beach club was great though.

Not a fan

This property has been upgraded to a minimal with many things that do not function including doors, windows, electrical outlets, upstairs shower head, etc. It is well stocked, but that's about al I can say that is positive. The outdoor sunroom is basically un-usable since it is not cooled or heated and receives the afternoon sun. It is either unbearably hot or cold. No window treatments to block the blinding sun. There are so many nicer properties in the same area that could be rented for the same price, so I would never recommend unit 18.
