The house is in terrible shape and definitely not clean. We had to chase the host for check in information. We arrived late at night and once we walked through the place, we were too disgusted to even stay and had to find a hotel that could accommodate us.

4 day visit with family

This is a very nice place. All the comforts of home. Enough space for the entire family. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. Location is close to amenities and parking for 2 cars was a bonus. This was our first time to Calgary and we will be back here onnext trip.

Had everything you need. Beds are hard as rock and we like hard beds but this was morning ache hard. House is in need of some updates, especially the en-suite. The backyard is a fire waiting to happen with all the wood laying around. Place was okay clean but dusty. Windows are in dire need of cleaning. That was the worst part. The location was good for our needs. Easy to get around the city but great for the south end. If you want all the above to be perfect then you’ll pay a higher price everywhere else. Want convenience and good enough then you pay this price.

The house is in fair condition. A lot of patchwork done by owner rather than professionals. Address provided didn't match house number, but owner clarified quickly. Easy check in/out. Convenient for Rockyview Hospital and price was right.

This is a terrible property! The roof leaked so we had to have a garbage can set up to catch the flow of water, there is a hole in the wall that goes directly to the outside where there is a mousetrap. The bathroom in the primary bedroom has missing tile in the shower and the shower reeks of mold. The front yard and the backyard have piles of old branches and tree cuttings. This should not be a vrbo property. Very disappointing.

Unclean and Poorly Managed Stay

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. When we arrived, we couldn’t reach the host and had to drive around late night, looking for alternate accommodations. Eventually, we reached the host after multiple phone calls and he let us in, but the unit was not clean, lacked basic essentials like towels, sheets and was clearly not prepared for guests. The property is old and not pleasing at all. This caused us a lot of stress and inconvenience. Would never recommend to anyone.

The property needs as gentle makeover(paint, deep cleaning, yardwork, some kitchen implements, supplies). We had 4 towels, 1 hand towel, 5 facecloths for 6 people for 3 days. We later found 2 towels hanging, not washed. The kitchen needs paper towels, dishwasher soap ( we are on a plane. These are not supplies that we bring with us), dish towels and dish cloths. There is also no large fry pan. Bring slippers, the floor is freezing. These are inconveniences but not unfixable.

Injured my foot in the shower as four loose tiles came off during shower - scraping my foot.

Four floor tiles in the main shower came off while I was in shower, in the middle of the shower, scraping my foot. So I injured my foot right before attending the wedding - the main reason we came to Calgary. I informed the home owner wondered if there’s be compensation - nope. There were no paper towels - empty towel rack on counter. Empty napkin holder on kitchen counter. No coffee. A few bags of tea. That’s it. The front yard and back yard are a mess. Dangerous for pets. I covered a rusty nail sticking out of a board with another random board nearby. Grass was 12 inches long in front and back yard.
