This is located on Grandview Ave which is a busy street with tourists. Some city noise should be expected because of the great location.



Also please note if you will be driving to the property the vehicle must be digitally registered as the streets are permitted parking only. We are able to register one vehicle for a pass per the city and the cost is $12 per stay (not per night), Please fill out the form provided at least 24 hours to your arrival with your vehicle information if you are planning on parking. We will then send you a payment request.

The host was welcoming and professional, while warm. He worked with me well and was easy to get in touch with. I'm only leaving a star off because:-Had issues with WiFi and couldn't use the tv. Me and my girlfriend could connect but the WiFi had no service -Rowdy neighbors (nothing the host can do about that, it's the area, but we nearly had to call the cops)

Cozy little spot with a beautiful view! Perfect for me and my husband for the Steelers game. We love the night views as pictured. Just be aware, Grandview Ave is touristy and noisy at night. We've stayed at several properties on Grandview and it's very typical so don't let that deter you. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance plus you can park, get a Transit pass, and ride all over the Burgh!

This was my second time staying here. I love the convenience to the city and the view is the best! Apartment is clean and comfortable for a short stay.

Quick Pittsburgh visit

The apartment, while small, was comfortable and clean and close to everything Mt Washington had to offer. We were able to park in front of the building, and it was an easy drive into town. The view was amazing, and the patio provided a nice private space to enjoy it.

Love the view.

First impression was underwhelming, but the place was as described. The view was great, location was great, but a few small details would have made a lot of difference: there were cobwebs in the windows above the door, one window was open/wouldn't close, very drafty door, very noisy, there weren't enough towels (1 per person), the windows were dirty, and not a big enough sink to do dishes. All in all, a little more attention to detail and some minor fixes would make this a 5. The owner did offer to look at the window, but it didn't affect our stay so we declined. Read the other reviews as they detail the noise issue. The view here is really the reason to book, and for that the windows should be clean. The space was nice for 2 nights, and we would consider staying again, but bring a few things with us like paper plates and our own pillows.

This place has a beautiful view and the room was as described. It is recommended to go to the side of the house for entry which we discovered on our own. There is a significant problem outside of the room with 12-15 motorcyclist making noise with what sounded like drag racing and revving their engines right across the street. There are noise ordinance signs and speed bumps but no enforcement . This noise was constant until at least 2:30am and this is was a disappointment for us since we were celebrating a special ocassion. Since then I have been informed that Mt Washington has a crime rate that is higher than other parts of the city. I was surprised by this since I used to live in the City Of Pittsburgh. Please book with knowing these facts… I would not have reserved had I known all this ahead of time because I did not feel safe.

Great views!

This is a great little property with amazing views of Pittsburgh. Mount Washington had a lot of cool spots to explore. I will say, it did get a little dicey late at night. Lots of shady activity and partying going on along Grandview. It didn’t bother me much, but some people may feel some type of way about that. Customer service was wonderful. We had to contact the property manager because there were some obvious details that the housekeeper had dropped the ball on. My boyfriend and I thought it just seemed a bit grody. So I sent pictures and their response time was super fast. They offered to come make it right within the hour. We said it was all good, but would like some new bedding, if possible. When we returned from the Pirates game, we had all new blankets and sheets waiting for us. We really appreciated that. All in all, was a great spot to stay while visiting Pittsburgh. Plus, it’s fun to take the incline up to Grandview!
