White Oak: A Modern Lakeside Cottage on Lewis Smith Lake in Alabama. The cottage is nestled on a quiet slough, perfect for swimming and lounging with family and friends all summer. Design is essential, but cozy vibes and family time matter most. It is new construction, so everything feels brand new, with a patio off the back of the house facing the lake with lots of seating. Fire pit to seat 8 in the back of the house on the water to enjoy the stars at night. A lot of lake toys to enjoy and a swing to enjoy watching the sunsets. Your stay will leave a stapled memory forever.

** First Floor **
In the entryway, you will be greeted with playful greenery wallpaper. To your first right will be a full bathroom with a brand-new washer and dryer and shower/tub combo. The king room, with such coziness, nice sheets, and comforters, will be to your left. Also, you will have a television, dresser, and a nice big closet to make yourself at home. You will see the kitchen, dining table, and living area when you walk past the bathroom and first bedroom. Such a great gathering area of the home. Lots of seating where you can all be together.

** Second Floor**
Going up the stairs, you will see many beautiful picture frames with photos of various places worldwide that the homeowners took personally. As you reach the top of the stairs, you will reach a desk area if you need to work during your stay. To the left is the primary bedroom with a bathroom and a king-size bedroom with lots of room to place your personal items. The primary room's window looks down at the lake and has a beautiful view. Going out of the primary bedroom straight ahead would be another full bathroom, bath, and shower combo. Stepping out of the bathroom to your left is a room with bunk beds and a trundle. Each bunk bed is a full-size mattress. Very comfortable for 1 adult or 2 kids per bed. Also, a pull-out twin bed is available under the bunkbed that you pull out. Large closet to place your clothes in, children's book, and television if needed.

**Patio **
Nice large table out on the patio that seats 6 people comfortably, also a small couch and a single chair. The patio faces the lake so a very pretty view as you relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunsets.

**Backyard**
Beautiful Smith Lake has a few steps to get to the dock or fireplace. There is a grill and a fun swing to sit on, relax, and enjoy the views. There are 8 chairs outside by the fireplace to appreciate the weather and enjoy a nice fire. There is a kayak and peddle boat on the dock that all guests can take out and use. Also, there is a large float that you can put on the lake and get a sun tan. We also have a pontoon boat for rent that fits 11 people.
