A great location, quiet by the lake and close to the beach and also a very short walk to Asbury Park. The house is comfortable. Kids lived the games in the basement. We would return.

Wonderful! Great house, really nicely done, loved the large kitchen and great porches! Most of all we loved the location, close to quaint Main Street in Ocean Grove and exciting Asbury! Right on the lake adds charming view and privacy and really close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

We had an excellent stay at the house. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The kitchen had every appliance & tool you could need, the main level layout is very comfortable & airy, the bathrooms were very nice & clean, the bedrooms are laid out well & spacious (no tiny cramped rooms), the amenities are as pictured, the location is awesome, the 3 balconies are great, and the front yard has plenty of room to hang out on nice Adirondack chairs and also play lawn games. Lots of nice extras are very nice: yeti type cups, multiple coolers, good beach chairs, bathrobes(!), nice sheets and towels, a good sized cart. Just an all-around great stay.

Great stay overall. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Asbury Park—an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like games, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even Yeti cups, which made things really convenient.A couple small improvements would go a long way—basic pantry items like salt and cooking oil would’ve been helpful, and having a designated parking spot would make things easier. That said, we really enjoyed our stay; it was just a bit pricier compared to similar homes in the area.

Great place to stay for a large family gathering. There was something for everyone. Check in was easy and the house was well air conditioned on a crazy hot day. One snafu with the refrigerator not being cold but they were attentive and addressed the issues quickly. Parking was challenging at prime time but we moved later in the day and it was fine. I would do it again!

Gorgeous new home, modern, facing the lake

This house was perfect for our stay, a large family friend group for my son's wedding. The house was immaculately clean and they provided all the sheets, blankets towels. Everything in the house was very high-end, well decorated, definitely does not feel like a typical rental. The views off the balconies were absolutely gorgeous facing Asbury Park. Outside chairs on the lawn were so nice to hang out on facing the lake. I couldn't say enough good things about this rental.

Our group of friends had such a great time staying here! The house was super clean and updated, with plenty of space and beds for everyone. We loved being able to hang out both inside and outside without ever feeling crowded.The location was perfect -- just a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, and tons of good restaurants. We didn't get back into our cars all weekend. The place also had really fun, artsy touches in the decor that made it feel unique and not like a cookie-cutter rental.The host was awesome to work with -- super responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay, which made everything smooth.Overall, this was the perfect spot for our group trip, and we’d absolutely stay here again!
