Charming 1-Bedroom Home on 29th Street
Welcome to our Spanish Castle! This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath lower level home with large attached patio with view of beach/ocean, private attached garage parking, BBQ grill, and Secluded Master Bedroom with en-suite bath. This home is without a doubt one of the most unique private vacation homes in Newport Beach!
Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Laundry next door, Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys, and Sand Umbrella.
Our home includes 1 Car Garage Parking, Smart TV, Cable, WiFi, Propane BBQ, Bed Linens, Beach & Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Back Pack Beach Chairs/Toys, ice cooler with wheels and Sand Umbrella. This place was totally remodeled with everything replaced including floors, cabinets, high-end appliances, etc. There is a gas fireplace, and a luxury King Size couch bed in the living room pull out Sofa. The large outside private patio has couches, table with umbrella and chairs, Weber BBQ, and lounge chairs…with a view of the beach and Ocean. There are also two new technology Heat pump AC/Heater systems in the unit. Only one was needed to do the whole unit, but we put in a second unit in the Master Bedroom as well for added sleeping comfort. There is an outside hot and cold water Shower to wash off comfortably after going to the Ocean and before going into the unit.

HOME LOCATION
Located just steps to the beach and a few minutes from the Newport Pier (providing you with 360-degree views of the ocean) as well as just a quick drive or bike to the Historic Fun Zone, & Iconic Balboa Island Ferry and Balboa Pier you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is miles of beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, The Boardwalk and plenty of Beach to explore. Just a short walk in the other direction is the Bay where you can sail, canoe, kayak, etc. There are many restaurants (some quite famous) with pretty much every type of food you could ever want within walking distance. Enjoy high end shopping and dining at the newly developed Lido Isle and the historic Balboa Theater. There is an actual brewery and of course establishments with bars, music, etc also within walking distance. There is great surfing and classes available to learn to surf right on our beach.
From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk or 20 Min by car. However, with more than 50+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/Paddle-board Lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.
For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the Balboa Ferry Area. For those of you with kids, the Lighthouse park is also just a bike ride away making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island have it all located just a 5-minute drive the Island.

Our home is part of a multi-family building with two or more units on-site. Please inquire to rent the whole building. This advertisement is for 1 unit on the lower level. There is another unit on the second floor of the building. (You will not have access to the upper level patio)
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.
Parking Details
Parking: You are provided one designated space in the two‑car garage. Mid‑sized vehicles are recommended for the easiest access.
Laundry
This home does not provide a Washer and Dryer. There is a Laundry Mat located right behind the home.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
