Located steps away from Berkeley's vibrant food and arts scene, the bright and airy loft offers the perfect blend of urban living and cozy comfort. The loft features multiple skylights that let in plenty of natural light, giving the space a warm and inviting feel. You'll love the vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, and expansive private deck (9’x20’) where you can relax and enjoy a sunny afternoon.
Welcome to our newly renovated studio loft in the heart of Berkeley! Our spacious loft is the perfect home away from home for your next visit to the Bay Area.
The loft has been beautifully updated with modern finishes, including a fully equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-sized bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. There's also a cozy seating area where you can unwind with a book or binge your favorite series.

When you're ready to venture out, you'll be minutes away from some of Berkeley's best restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions in the Gourmet Ghetto, famous for all of the delicious food including the cradle of California cuisine -- Chez Panisse. Across the street if the other food mecca, the Cheeseboard which serves a daily vegetarian pizza along with its bakery which serves really excellent pastries and strong coffee.
The original Peets is around the corner and a couple of blocks down the hill on Walnut and Vine. If you'd like variety, the food court on Shattuck a bit south of Vine has some excellent options. . Stroll through the nearby Farmers Market, enjoy a picnic in one of the many nearby parks, or venture out to San Francisco and beyond.
The neighborhood is very picturesque with some of the oldest houses in the city and beautiful, wild gardens. There are also many hidden paths all throughout the Berkeley hills for exploring. You can find them listed at the Berkeley Path Wanders Association website.
In addition to walking around the neighborhood, or parking your car in the carport, public transport is an easy 15 minute walk to the downtown Berkeley BART station. There are also numerous bus lines that run on Shattuck, just 4 blocks down the hill.
