This spacious, newly renovated home offers plenty of room for everyone to relax. Just steps from Skaket Beach, no parking pass is needed to enjoy the stunning shoreline. The expansive backyard is perfect for outdoor games and relaxation, complete with toys and activities for all ages. Spend evenings cooking out on the brand-new deck, watching the sunset hues, or take a leisurely stroll with your favorite beverage along the famous Skaket Beach. Proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Hog Island Brewery, Rock Harbor, Nauset Beach, fresh water ponds, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping!

The upstairs features a well-equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, enclosed porch, and a large second-story deck.

The downstairs offers 4 bedrooms, closets, and a first-floor walk-out deck to the backyard.

The basement offers an entranceway in from the driveway and room for bikes and storage.

Skaket Beach is just steps from the house and Hog Island is right around the corner.

This home is a lifetime dream for us to attain and we are looking for renters that will enjoy the property the way we enjoy it for years to come.

Fantastic stay in Orleans

We had a fantastic stay in at Larry's house in Orleans. The house and location were perfect for us and our friends visiting from the UK. A (very) short walk to the lovely Skaket beach

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay. We had to contact owner and he was extremely communicative and got right to the bottom of it. Keep checking in on us to make everything was good. I would recommend this place to anyone. Great location!!!

Great location

Great location - easy walk to the beach. Wish the house was up kept better - things were a bit rundown. The bathrooms were small and tough to share with 2 families.

Great location & property

This is a great getaway location in Orleans. The property was very clean and had a nice porch and yard. Quick and easy access to Skaket beach. I would certainly recommend it!

Great place close to Skaket Beach

Very nice property with plenty of room and amenities. The host was great and very responsive to messages and requests. Also very very close to Skaket beach. Less than a 5 min walk. It was a great place and we would surely rent it again.

Amazing home!

The house is the perfect location, it’s a 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach!!! The home is newly remodeled, clean and has a great kitchen. We loved it!!! There are games and plenty of spaces to relax. I would rent this home again if going to the cape.

Short stay

We were able to snag this house on very short notice. Its location was fabulous a few minutes from Sackett Beach. Most of the house seemed newly renovated. There were four bedrooms, just as described in the listing. The living room could have been larger, but there was ample space for our family to spread out. We took advantage of the deck and a gas grill. we would definitely go back again.
