This home is a great location between Sumter and Brownwood in the Village of Hadley for easy access to shopping, restaurants, pools, rec center and so much more. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, primary bedroom has a king size bed, other bedrooms have a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. There is also a desk and high speed wi fi for those needing to work from home. 2 minutes by golf cart to the Adult Only Hadley Pool and 4 minutes to the family pool. Golf cart not included. Pets not allowed. This is for rental of the whole home.

My husband and I love the Villages but can not be there full time yet. We recently purchased this home and decided to share it with others. We are excited for you to enjoy it as much as we do! It is in such a great location and is close to shopping, restaurants, pickle ball courts, golf courses, Lake Sumter Landing (10 min golf cart ride), adult ony pool as well as the family friendly pool. We hope you stay with us and enjoy all it has to offer!
Why they chose this property
We chose Hadley because of the location of it. We are so close to both the adult pool and family pool but also golfing, shopping, and centrally located to Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares. We are a quick cart ride to pickleball, golf courses, basketball courts, and only a 10 min golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing and 20 min to Brownwood.
What makes this property unique
The open floor plan makes the home great for spending time with others. The location is ideal and centrally located for everything you love about the Villages! Lake Sumter is only a 10 min golf cart ride and Brownwood is only 20 min. We have pools, golf courses, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops close by as well!
