Meticulously kept upside-down style townhouse in Stone Harbor overlooking Chelsea Park, close to town and the beach. Home has 4 BRs, 2.5 BAs and is fully furnished. There are two decks with patio furniture, one of which overlooks Chelsea Park which offers a volleyball and bocce ball court, playground equipment, and fitness track. The front deck offers views of the bay. The following amenities are provided: a private in ground heated pool, a pool house with tenant storage, gas grill, outside dining area and an outdoor flat screen TV. There is a 55' flat screen TV in the living room, TVs w/cable in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout the house. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, 4 beach chairs, 8 beach tags, bed linens, and a cleaning service.

Absolutely wonderful rental

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, and the Wildwood boardwalk. The home is very well maintained and the outdoor pool and backyard space is incredible. We will definitely be coming back.

The Best At The Beach

Fantastic property between the bay and the beach in a quiet friendly neighborhood.Awesome pool and outdoor entertainment area with a peaceful park just outside the back fence.Walk to town or the beach, bay, corner market and sandwich spot. Home is spacious and comfy with everything you need to make it feel like home.

Perfect Week

Beautiful property both inside and out. We loved staying here, everything was clean, organized and the updated kitchen had everything we needed for dinners in. The location on the park was great for teens to play volleyball while we relaxed at the pool. We parked our car for the week and biked everywhere-beaches, dinner, coffee, pickleball, and shopping. Nancy was so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Truly a great vacation!

Amazing vacation rental

Nancy was a pleasure to work with. The rental and all its amenities are amazing. The pool was perfect- heated and deep enough to entertain for hours. The outside entertaining areas were incredible along with the park access. Wonderful time in stoned harbor at Nancy’s!

Wonderful stay in Stone Harbor

We had a fantastic week at Nancy’s home. Amazing location - quick walk to beach and town, but almost did not want to leave the pool in the backyard! Nancy was great to work with throughout the rental process. Highly recommend this property and hope to book again!

Awesome vacation in Stone Harbor!

We had such a great experience at this house in Stone Harbor. The house was comfortable and clean and had a lot of modern amenities. We loved spending time by the pool and having dinners out on the front deck! The owner was great to work with too. A very enjoyable time!

Wonderful space

Perfect for kids, with the beach only a couple blocks away, a great pool in the backyard, and a park just a step off the property with both a running track and workout stations, and a massive kids playground. Place was impeccably clean, checkin was a snap, and we could not have asked for a better stay.

Great Stone Harbor beach house with pool and playground out back.

The house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 1 toddler). It has a great layout and a beautiful pool/backyard area. It was clean and had everything we needed! Nancy was very responsive and so accommodating throughout the process. Would absolutely rent here again. Thank you!

Exceptional Beach House

My family and I have vacationed in a lot of homes in Stone Harbor over the past 30+ years. This home would have to be at the top of my list of places that are exceptional. The house is well designed for a large family to vacation in. The bedroom locations allow for privacy away from the activity of the upstairs/tv room. The two large decks are great additions. The home was very clean upon arrival. Most of all, the furniture and appliances are all first class; there is a lot of attention to detail such as the sachets left in the drawers, beach tags, and the availability of bed linens. Residing in a home like this added to the pleasure of a Stone Harbor vacation.
