Lake is has salmon, trout and bass right outside your front door - Bring your rod! Enjoy evenings by the fire pit or play corn hole in the yard. Fine Dining is minutes away or if you're adventurous, Acadia and Bar Harbor is 50 min away. But if you love to shop, golf, dining out or craft beer, everything is close by. You'll never know there is so much to do at your fingertips because you will be nestled away in the quiet of the lakefront. Perfect for families with young children. Max guests = 6. Max # of cars 4.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please close all windows and doors. Kindly double check that the downstairs french doors are closed tightly. and that the ceiling fans are off - thanks so much. Put used sheets and towels on floor
Kindly make sure appliances and ceiling fans are off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A max of 4 cars. Pno trailers or RVs on the property. No parking on the street at the end of the driveway.
The two-man crawdad boat is not available for use. However there is fishing kayak, a canoe, 2 kayaks and a paddleboat.
The house is smoke, free pet free.

Lovely spacious lakehouse

Lots of bed options, fully equipped kitchen and lakeside toys. We loved the provided water and snacks. Host was very responsive to communication.
