The Villa combines all the necessary elements for your ideal Caribbean escape: ocean-view decks, a refreshing infinity pool, 5 spacious bedrooms each one with their own bathroom, an even secret stairs to the ocean! In surfing season, you are only minutes from some of the best spots in Aguadilla, or take a short drive to Rincon, or Isabela. 2nd Annual Supper Club Vacation

Super relaxing, got to explore the real Puerto Rico. Love the private beach and the crashing waves. Especially loved our own “cat away from home”. So sweet and friendly. The home was cozy and comfortably - although I’m glad we didn’t come in the height (didn’t realize there was only AC in the bedrooms).

Fantastic property

Great stay in a beautiful property! The pool, the view and the beach cove are fantastic. The pics do not do it justice. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, and the whole check in process was easy and efficient. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful space

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely and spacious house. There are five spacious bedrooms, which is plenty of room to spread out and everyone has their own private space and enough common space for all to enjoy being together too. We had a few complications which were immediately addressed by the owner/company.

Absolutely amazing!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The view is spectacular, the property manager was friendly and accommodating and the house is beautiful and very clean! Sits on top of a cliff where you can walk down to snorkel or swim. Sunsets that will take your breath away! Best vacation ever!

Beautiful home

I rented this home for family members to stay in conjunction with my wedding at the property next door. The house and grounds are unbelievably beautiful which can’t be fully captured in pictures. Do not hesitate to book this house!

Perfect house in Puerto Rico

We were 3 families - 11 people total. 6 adults, 5 kids from 9-14. This was wonderful. The house is amazing. It has a well equipped kitchen, lots of space to hang out, great pool and beach front. Sunsets were beautiful on the spacious patio. Clean house and lovely staff. Highly recommend!

Great house. Nice amenities. Could use some TLC.

The house is fabulous. Good spaces and wonderful pool. A bit dated. Some of the appliances and at least one of the air conditioners were not working efficiently at all. The bed I slept in was not terribly uncomfortable but it certainly has seen its better days. The water pressure was meh. The policy of not flushing any toilet paper was one that should have included closed receptacles for hygiene or at the very least provided extra bags for regular removal. A housekeeper came daily but only to empty the garbage bags in the kitchen. That was a bit weird. Hospitality needs to be prioritized. It’s a four star house but could be five star with some tweaks.

This property does not disappoint You will never have to or want to leave Snorkel every day in crystal clear water off private beach relaxed in the infinity pool Amazing sunsets Housekeeper is is so discreet and beyond helpful Turn down bed service is really very nice Outside kitchen is a must since the main common area is not air conditioned Bedrooms air conditioned and huge. luxury bathrooms Property managers are super attentive and friendly Can't go wrong with this property it is a good 2 hr ride from the San Juan airport and taxi is about $275 each way Shell collecting is amazing I will go back

Paradise!

We absolutely loved our experience from interactions with Corale the property manger to being blown away by the house! The pictures don't do it justice, it's much larger in real life. The weather was perfect, we somehow had the perfect breeze at the pool even if there were white caps on the ocean. So close to groceries and restaurants. Beaches, hikes, catamarans, fishing and more within 20 min! Corale even helped us get week of onsite massages with June that blew our whole party of 12 away. I highly recommend you booking here, paradise is just clicks away. We can't wait to come back!

I will sum it up this way. I have been coming down to Crash Boat for 9 years now. I have always stayed in the condos above the beach. I thought the view and location could not get any better. Incredible week.

5 couples stayed in February. Just a great house that fit our group perfect. Actually got to snorkel for couple days down on the beach below. Great times, swam with turtles and fish variety was great. Two days saw whales from bluff, saw a big group of dolphins one day as well. Lots of bird life, including frigates, tropic birds, pelicans, osprey, and troupial(we the Venezuelan), doves, white winged dove and pigeons. Saw the local inguanas that live within the cliffs. Just a great week, visiting multiple beaches as well.

Fantastic week in paradise!

What a wonderful time we all had! Ten of us spent our annual family trip here wanting to try something new and our hopes were exceeded drastically! Coral was so attentive and helpful all week. The private beach has us so spoiled we don’t know if we will be able to go back to normal beach trips again! I cannot recommend strongly enough to try the chef services offered here. Fausto is a culinary genius and works harder than anyone I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us! We will definitely be back!!

Property is beautiful and staff was very responsive but hot water was not consistently available for all bathrooms, a/c went in one room because of power outages. Wood Decking is in need of replacing and steps down to beach need to be repaired.

Spectacular property

Spectacular property! The view is breathtaking (literally). We had a very hard time leaving the house, between the pool, the private cove and the outdoor space we almost cancelled our excursions. The house was spacious so our extended family of nine ( including a baby) had plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen was well stocked we ended up cooking most nights together. They had a wonderful woman, Yolanda, who came in every day to tidy up after us. After the first day any uncomfortable feelings I had about it disappeared. This will be a property we return to, simply beautiful!

Inspired by their travels & the beauty of Aguadilla, Alberto’s hometown, they decided to develop a company that invited others to experience the same beauty that led them to establish a life and family in Puerto Rico.

Although they lived in San Juan with their two kids, a lot of their time was spent driving out to Aguadilla to visit Alberto's family. Aguadilla became a big part of Shannon's life and eventually the Cordero’s second home.

With Shannon's and Alberto´s vision and impeccable taste, they have built and designed beautiful properties and develop an eco-conscious beach bar at Crash Boat Beach. Today Villa Carambola, Villa Flamboyan, Cocoloba, and Cocoloba Beach Bar provide unique experiences on the west coast of Puerto Rico for travelers from all over the world to enjoy!

Why they chose this property

We purchased Villa Carambola (also in VRBO) in 2011 and we love the place so much that when the property next door became available for sale we decided to purchase it. We have named it Villa Flamboyan because of the beautiful Flamboyan tree you can see from the pool.

What makes this property unique

Aguadilla Puerto Rico is an island vacation dream location. The house is located approximately 20 minutes from the local airport where flights arrive daily from US cities such as Newark and Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale. The area includes an 18 hole golf course, snorkeling and scuba diving hot spots, tranquil seas perfect for paddle boarding, and plenty of great restaurants featuring both local and international cuisine. Aguadilla is only 30 minutes from Rincon and 20 minutes from Isabela, these three cities have the best surfing in the island. This house is designed for vacationers who want either plenty of activity or peace and quiet, it's entirely up to you! The infinity pool is a combination of a 30 foot pool that ranges between 3.5 feet to 6 feet deep and is perfect for early morning laps.
