Del Encanto Beach House - Have Fun at the Beach
On the West side of the island of PR, between towns of Aguada and Rincon, location known by their beautiful beaches.
A few steps away from beach, the house has 5 bedrooms (4 of them with its private bathroom) with AC units and a family area to accommodate up to 12 guests. Multiple communal areas enabling Families and Friends to get together for BBQ lunches and swimming in the pool, but also providing space for reading, playing games and for quiet reflection. Enjoy our place, A Home away from home! The property has two floors. Its first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen, dining room and a half bathroom. On this level is a spacious master room that has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. On the second floor are the remaining 4 rooms (3 of them with private bathrooms) with access to a large terrace.
Del Encanto Beach House has a comfortable and modern swimming pool. It has a free laundry with washing machine and dryer. Here you can also enjoy a game of pool and have BBQ lunches.
The House has a 600-gallon water reserve and a solar panel system with a lithium battery in case of emergency.

The house has everything you need for a big group. Places to hang out, comfortable beds, and local spots within walking distance. The kids loved playing pool, the upstairs deck and area by the pool provided great spots for everyone. Thanks;)
